How to play the Daily Challenge
How does it work?
Every day, a new set of 10 songs is released. For each one, you hear a preview (by scanning the QR code or playing it directly in your browser) and your task is to guess the release year.
How is scoring calculated?
For each song you earn 0–10 points based on accuracy. A perfect year match awards the full 10 points. The maximum score for the whole game is 100 points.
What are the game modes?
There are three music modes: International (10 songs from around the world), International + CZ/SK (5 international + 5 Czech & Slovak songs), and CZ/SK (10 Czech & Slovak songs). There is also a Movie Themes mode. You can play all modes every day.
What is Movie Themes mode?
In Movie Themes mode, you hear iconic theme songs from movies and TV shows and guess the release year of the movie or show. After each round, the movie or show title and the song name are revealed.
When do songs change?
A new set is released every day at midnight CET. Each mode can be played once per day.
Can I play with friends?
Yes! Gather together and play on one device, or share your results after the game and compare scores.
How does the leaderboard work?
After completing the game, your score appears on the monthly leaderboard. Set a nickname and see how you rank against other players.
